P-Mac International Management, Inc. - MANLOLOKO
My dear kababayans,
If a recruitment agency after mulcting an applicant divesting him and his family of nearly Php300,000.00 for a non-existent job order, sending the poor guy to Singapore for a non-existent employer and job order; luring him to apply for placement to England and/or United States, all this lasted for nearly a year; the poor guy after being convinced that the agency merely fooled him, he now asks for the return of his money; the agency now treats him like a bestial animal with leprosy, would not allow him to enter their office; shouts at him, even accusing him of being a drug addict, there is nothing left but to throw the owners and managers of this agency to the crocodiles.
This agency, P-Mac International Management Inc., is owned by a woman bereft of decency whose only aim in having an agency is to get the last money of the very poor people and when she could not send them to work abroad treats them worst than the slaves. My dear Filipinos, you will understand the plight of Eric Latade. I am helping him gratis get back his money, but instead of apologizing for not being able to return Eric’s Money, Corazon Panganiban, the owner of P-Mac, tried to intimidate me with her shouting and curses, but I was never afraid. When her bodyguard kicked me on the knee, I summoned all my strength and with a Pacquiao jab I hit him right to his ugly face. I filed cases of illegal recruitment, slight physical injuries, slander, and estafa against all of them.
I now ask you my friends to send-e-mail to POEA’s administrator Ms. Rosalinda Badoz, and tell her that P-Mac should not stay a minute more in this business, Her agency should be closed permanently for illegal recruitment, and that the money of Eric should be returned to him, his mother sells food in small plastic supot. A relative lent him a title to a lot to mortgage so he could pay the placement fee. This mortgage will be foreclosed in February.
After the scuffle, Corazon (no heart) followed us downstairs shouting invectives and unprintable words, but when I turned back to give it to her, five bodyguards intervened. I called up the police patrol in whose presence they admitted that Eric has some money with them but when they showed vouchers showing that they have refunded substantial amount, it was very blatant that the signatures of Eric were falsified. I finished all there was to do for me to file the cases on Monday.
My dear kababayans, this is happening everyday. POEA is toothless when it comes to enforcing its laws because these recruitment agencies are like Mafia, with bodyguards, who threaten and sometimes even harm those who would ask for refunds.
While all these were taking place, I was not afraid even for a second. I was prepared to defend Eric up to my last strength. I am sick and tired of the abuses of this spoiled agencies, its time that they should close the business whose only purpose is to enrich themselves at the expense of the poor. Jesus said, Whatever you do to the least of my brethren, you do it to me. That is a most direct and clear pronouncement that must be obeyed at all costs.
Please send an e-mail to Administrator Baldoz and tell her that POEA should motu propio terminate the license of P-Mac for the many poor people they have cheated of their money, dignity and rights. Marami pong salamat. e-mail of POEA: info@poea.gov.ph
I will meet with her one of these days.
Thanks and best regards.

Dear Mr. martinez,
Thank you for publishing my letter in your website. Sana matauhan ang P-Mac at humarap sa akin sa mga kaso na hinaharap nila. I really would like to face this woman, Ms. corazon Panganiban who is in the business to extort money from the applicants. Let’s join hands and continue removing these kind of heartless owners of agencies from the POEA roster.
Merry Christmas and mabubuhay ang Pilipinas kung walang manloloko.
Thanks and regards,Cita
